Mas o que seria exatamente a Entropia Gen\u00e9tica? Nas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geneticentropy.org\/whats-genetic-entropy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">palavras<\/a> do pr\u00f3prio Sanford:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 a degenera\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica dos seres vivos. A entropia gen\u00e9tica \u00e9 o colapso sistem\u00e1tico dos sistemas internos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o biol\u00f3gica que tornam a vida viva. A entropia gen\u00e9tica decorre de muta\u00e7\u00f5es gen\u00e9ticas, que s\u00e3o erros tipogr\u00e1ficos na programa\u00e7\u00e3o da vida (manuais de instru\u00e7\u00e3o da vida). As muta\u00e7\u00f5es sistematicamente &#8220;corroem&#8221; a informa\u00e7\u00e3o que codifica as muitas fun\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais da vida. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o biol\u00f3gica consiste em um grande conjunto de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, e as muta\u00e7\u00f5es aleat\u00f3rias sistematicamente misturam essas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; gradualmente, mas implacavelmente, destruindo as instru\u00e7\u00f5es de programa\u00e7\u00e3o essenciais \u00e0 vida.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo Sanford, a n\u00edvel individual as nossas c\u00e9lulas acumulam aproximadamente 3 novas muta\u00e7\u00f5es (erros de processamento de texto) a cada divis\u00e3o celular. Assim, elas se tornam mais mutantes e diferentes entre si todos os dias. Na nossa velhice, cada c\u00e9lula j\u00e1 acumulou dezenas de milhares de muta\u00e7\u00f5es. Mas h\u00e1 outro n\u00edvel de entropia gen\u00e9tica que nos afeta como popula\u00e7\u00e3o. As muta\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem em todas as nossas c\u00e9lulas, incluindo nossas c\u00e9lulas reprodutivas, logo muitas de novas muta\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o passadas para os nossos filhos. Ent\u00e3o as muta\u00e7\u00f5es se acumulam continuamente na popula\u00e7\u00e3o como um todo &#8211; com cada gera\u00e7\u00e3o sendo mais mutante que a anterior. Portanto, n\u00e3o apenas passamos por degenera\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica individualmente, mas tamb\u00e9m estamos passando por degenera\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica como popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta \u00e9 ess\u00eancia evolutiva de ir pelo &#8220;caminho errado&#8221;.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A sele\u00e7\u00e3o natural pode desacelerar, mas n\u00e3o pode parar, a entropia gen\u00e9tica no n\u00edvel da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A sele\u00e7\u00e3o natural tem sido o principal fator para perpetuar a integridade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica. Os indiv\u00edduos com maior integridade permanecem, mas esse processo &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/tdibrasil.org\/index.php\/2018\/02\/25\/a-miseria-do-darwinismo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nivela por baixo<\/a>&#8220;. Nivela por baixo porque a grande maioria das muta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 delet\u00e9ria, n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais poss\u00edvel sustentar que essas muta\u00e7\u00f5es e a sele\u00e7\u00e3o natural aumentem a aptid\u00e3o. Se todas as muta\u00e7\u00f5es fossem delet\u00e9rias, seria \u00f3bvio que a aptid\u00e3o diminuiria necessariamente; logo a taxa de decl\u00ednio \u00e9 proporcional \u00e0 gravidade e o volume das muta\u00e7\u00f5es delet\u00e9rias. E as taxas agora s\u00e3o conhecidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Piores Muta\u00e7\u00f5es: Efeitos Intermedi\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ele tamb\u00e9m concluiu que\u00a0<span class=\"\" title=\"\">o efeito l\u00edquido das muta\u00e7\u00f5es \u201cquase neutras\u201d, invis\u00edveis \u00e0 sele\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ser negativo e contribuir significativamente para o decl\u00ednio gen\u00e9tico.<\/span>\u00a0As muta\u00e7\u00f5es dr\u00e1sticas ou letais, por sua pr\u00f3pria natureza, inviabilizam a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo e n\u00e3o se propagam na popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o desempenhando qualquer papel na entropia gen\u00e9tica. Por\u00e9m,\u00a0<span class=\"\" title=\"\">as muta\u00e7\u00f5es delet\u00e9rias intermedi\u00e1ria s\u00e3o\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\" title=\"\">as que mais contribuem para o decl\u00ednio gen\u00e9tico &#8211; porque, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o serem facilmente eliminadas, possuem impacto suficiente para causar um s\u00e9rio decl\u00ednio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A Intelig\u00eancia e a Entropia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 parte da intelig\u00eancia, a\u00a0informa\u00e7\u00e3o e os sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o sempre entram em decl\u00ednio. Essas constata\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o verdadeiras nos desenvolvimentos humanos e s\u00e3o igualmente verdadeiras no campo biol\u00f3gico (ao contr\u00e1rio do que afirmam). A defini\u00e7\u00e3o mais t\u00e9cnica de entropia, usada por engenheiros e f\u00edsicos, \u00e9 simplesmente uma medida de desordem. Tecnicamente, independentemente de qualquer interven\u00e7\u00e3o externa, todos os sistemas funcionais decaem, mudando consistentemente de ordem para desordem (porque a entropia sempre aumenta em qualquer sistema fechado). Para um bi\u00f3logo, \u00e9 mais \u00fatil empregar o uso mais geral da palavra entropia, que indica que, uma vez que a entropia f\u00edsica est\u00e1 sempre aumentando (a desordem est\u00e1 sempre aumentando), existe uma tend\u00eancia universal a decad\u00eancia de todos os sistemas biol\u00f3gicos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o que est\u00e3o sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interessante notar que \u00e9 a ideia de Maxwell para vencer a entropia, que depois chamaram de &#8220;dem\u00f4nio&#8221; de Maxwell, \u00e9 uma ag\u00eancia inteligente atuando como um\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tdibrasil.org\/index.php\/2016\/01\/15\/design-inteligente-mais-antigo-do-que-voce-pensa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Nous<\/em> de Anax\u00e1goras<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alguns trabalhos decorrentes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em julho de 2013,\u00a0John C Sanford esteve entre os autores da cole\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1142\/8818\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Biological Information: New Perspectives<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>apresentada no\u00a0<em>Proceedings of the Symposium<\/em> da Cornell University. A obra com 584 p\u00e1ginas foi escrita majoritariamente por defensores do Design Inteligente, entre eles:\u00a0Robert J Marks II, Michael Behe e William Dembski.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em 2015, Sanford publicou com o ilustre John Baumgardner o artigo\u00a0<em>The waiting time problem in a model hominin population<\/em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26376851\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">artigo<\/a>), onde o problema de tempo para muta\u00e7\u00f5es frustra as expectativas evolutivas:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Simula\u00e7\u00f5es num\u00e9ricas biologicamente realistas revelaram que uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o desse tipo requeria tempos de espera excessivamente longos para estabelecer at\u00e9 mesmo as cadeias de nucleot\u00eddeos mais curtas.\u00a0Estabelecer uma cadeia de dois nucleot\u00eddeos necess\u00e1rios em m\u00e9dia 84 milh\u00f5es de anos.\u00a0Estabelecer uma cadeia de cinco nucleot\u00eddeos exigiu em m\u00e9dia 2 bilh\u00f5es de anos. [E] &#8230;\u00a0mesmo usando as configura\u00e7\u00f5es de par\u00e2metros fact\u00edveis mais generosas, o tempo de espera necess\u00e1rio para estabelecer qualquer cadeia de nucleot\u00eddeos espec\u00edfica dentro desse tipo de popula\u00e7\u00e3o era consistentemente proibitivo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No fim de 2017, Sanford e Basener corrigiram o Teorema de Fisher. Em um trabalho baseados em dados reais sobre muta\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis no tempo de Fisher, eles demonstraram o Corol\u00e1rio de Fisher estava errado. O corol\u00e1rio era resultante do teorema ao se assumir que as muta\u00e7\u00f5es tinha o efeito de aptid\u00e3o l\u00edquido neutro. Hoje sabemos que a maioria \u00e9 delet\u00e9ria e o corol\u00e1rio est\u00e1 falseado.
